During the winter of 2013-2014, 320 people died by carbon monoxide and gas accidents. This year we unfortunately also have several victims.

The awareness and the efforts of the government have not been sufficient to eliminate or at least, to reduce this devastating phenomenon for human lives.

It is for this reason that the Algerian Federation of Consumers , intends to propose or impose, the introduction of technical solutions that could significantly reduce , the deaths caused by gas accidents, and the emanation of carbon monoxide ; and this ill be the subject of this study day.
