Condor Electronics has just redeemed 50 percent of shares that used to be owned by the company "Aures Solaire", upon closing of the 5th International Renewable Energy, Clean Energies & Sustainable Development "ERA 2014".
"We just redeemed 50 per cent of the shares of this company, a Algerian-French joint venture in the field of manufacture of photovoltaic panels located Aïn Yagout (Batna), the company Vincent Industry owns 49% of shares" has declared to the APS the chief executive officer of renewable energy of Condor Electronics, the company based in Bordj Bou Arreridj.
"This partnership will allow us to acquire a new double glass technology that will allow us to level up in the mastery of photovoltaic modules and glass manufacturing process as well as the encapsulation of solar cells" added Mr. Boualem Benhammada.
This economic meeting of three days, that took place in the Oran Convention Centre (OCC) "Mohamed Benahmed", also allowed the Algerian-Spanish joint venture "Gloviz Algérie" to win an important contract of packer trucks sale with the wilaya of Oran, said the director of the Gloviz affiliated company, relevant of "Global Group", which have a representation in Blida.
This company plans to open in 2015, an assembly unit of garbage trucks at the industrial zone of Bethioua (Oran), he argued.
